Sending under Japan's anti-spam law

We disclose sender information, honor opt-outs, and exclude companies that display a "no solicitation" notice. Based on public information and consent, we don't send indiscriminately at scale (volume caps apply).

Protecting personal data

In line with Japan's personal data protection law, we use data only within its stated purpose. Data is tenant-isolated and encrypted, and actions and sends are recorded in audit logs. Subprocessors are properly supervised, and we never repurpose your data to train AI or for other clients.

AI's limits and human involvement

AI output can contain errors. Important sends go out only after a human reviews them (approval before send), operated in line with national guidelines for AI businesses. "AI does everything" is never the case here.

Sending overseas

For overseas sales, we design sending around the destination country's laws (e.g. GDPR) and business customs. Target countries and sending methods are agreed in advance.
