Reviewing manufacturing fit in new-customer outreach
We supported prospect research, drafting, sending and post-reply review for a metalworking company. Some quotation requests did not lead to orders because size and other requirements did not fit. We assess replies separately from whether the resulting work can be accepted.

Supporting a metalworking company's new-customer development
We support new-customer development for a company working with turning, machining and grinding. We organize public company and equipment information, research prospective companies and use the findings in individual outreach emails. The company, staff, prospects, individual drawings and commercial terms are not identified here.
This account is based on a September 2026 operational review and October records covering equipment and capability data, message generation and validation. The underlying records contain customer information and are not public.
A quotation request does not necessarily mean suitable work
The September 29 review records cases in which positive replies led to quotation requests, but size or other requirements did not fit and the work was declined. A reply alone does not establish that outreach created an opportunity the manufacturer could accept.
Industry fit does not guarantee that the dimensions or lot size of outsourced parts will fit. Public company information cannot establish the requirements of a particular drawing. We therefore distinguish stating capability limits in outreach from checking drawings, dimensions and quantities after a request arrives.
Keep manufacturing facts tied to verified data
Equipment, materials, machining dimensions and lot information were organized into fields with sources. We prepared a mechanism that inserts the relevant values from verified information into outreach copy.
If AI rewrites a dimensional limit as prose, it can introduce a different number. Instead, sentences are assembled from verified data, and numbers and materials in the resulting message are checked against the evidence. An unpublished condition is not treated as an available capability.
This mechanism supports accurate descriptions of capabilities. It does not guarantee suitability for a specific drawing or a delivery date.
Test prospect selection while keeping unknowns explicit
We are also testing ways to compare prospective companies' business and product information with machining applications. Public information may not reveal part shapes, volumes or the need for outsourcing.
In the validation records reviewed, automatic scoring by machining application remains experimental. We do not present it as a demonstrated improvement in selection accuracy or order rates. Prioritizing a prospect is different from deciding that a particular job can be accepted.
Responsibilities and limits of this account
MAILGORI handles company research, drafting, sending and reply organization. CosmoSketch supports capability-data organization, message checks and reviews of targeting criteria. The customer's team decides on technical feasibility, answers technical questions, prepares quotations and conducts sales discussions.
This account describes revising outreach criteria after identifying a mismatch in quotation requests. It does not establish manufacturing orders won or guarantee the effect of those revisions. Weekly reply rates, separately counted quotation requests and customer testimonials use different reporting conditions and are not combined here.
