CosmoSketch Inc. (the "Company") handles personal information and the data entrusted to us by customers appropriately in accordance with the following policy in providing its services, including the AI sales support service "Kanae."

Information entrusted to us by customers for the provision of the service (such as prospect lists, sending and reply histories, and reports, including any personal information contained therein)

To provide, operate, and improve the service, and to respond to inquiries
To perform service functions such as researching prospects, drafting messages, sending, organizing replies, and creating reports

We use the information we collect only within the scope of the purposes of use stated above.

3. Provision to Third Parties

Except as provided by law, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual. We never mix data relating to one customer's business with that of another customer.

4. Outsourcing and Use of External Services

To the extent necessary to provide the service, we may outsource processing to external providers such as cloud services, email delivery services, and AI providers (including large language models). We exercise appropriate supervision over such contractors regarding security management through contracts and other means. External AI is operated under conditions in which input data is not used to train the relevant provider's models. We do not repurpose data entrusted to us by customers for training our general-purpose models or for use on behalf of other customers.

5. Security Management Measures

The Company implements organizational, personnel, physical, and technical security management measures for the information entrusted to us. Specifically, we implement encryption of data in transit and at rest, access control and the principle of least privilege, data separation by tenant (customer), encrypted storage of credentials (secrets), and recording of audit logs of operations and transmissions.

6. Retention Period, Deletion, and Return

We retain personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use, and we appropriately delete information that is no longer needed. Upon termination of the contract, we will handle the export, return, and deletion of customer data in accordance with the terms of the contract.

7. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.

We will appropriately respond, in accordance with applicable law, to requests from individuals for the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their retained personal data. Please contact us at the point of contact below.

8. Cookies and Access Analytics

Our website may use access analytics tools to understand usage and improve the service. We do not obtain information that directly identifies individuals through such tools.
