Prioritize features and support quality

MAILGORI supports the customer-development workflow, including prospect research, organizing proposal triggers, company-specific outreach wording and post-send reply handling.

Beta users have different offerings, customer groups and sales processes. Actual use has highlighted issues in research accuracy, message specificity, staff review and reply handling that cannot be assessed through drafting efficiency alone.

At this stage, our priority is applying findings from the five current users to features and support quality, rather than rapidly increasing the number of users.

We will adjust MAILGORI to each company's sales policy and workflow, rather than applying one identical setup, and continue validating how support can lead to actual meetings.
