Our services are primarily provided to businesses. The following disclosure is made under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and related laws. The specific scope and amounts are set out in individual contracts and proposals.

| Payment method | Payment is generally by bank transfer against an invoice. Details are set out in the individual contract. |
| Payment due date | By the due date stated on each invoice. Monthly charges follow the billing cycle defined in the contract. |
| Service commencement | Services begin after the contract is signed and initial setup is complete. A small validation typically takes approximately two to four weeks. |
| Termination | Termination conditions are set out in the individual service contract. When the contract ends, we support export, return and deletion of customer data. |
| Refunds and cancellation | As a general rule, services already provided are not refundable. Details are set out in the individual contract. |
| System requirements | A standard web browser and email environment. Integrations require an account with the relevant service, such as Gmail or Slack. |
